Our Adult Leagues  offers fun, fellowship and opportunities to participate in sports, while promoting healthy active lifestyles.

Adult Basketball League is a basketball program for adults. League play consists of 8 weeks. Teams will play 8 regular season games and the top teams will qualify for the playoffs. Playoffs will be single elimination and team awards will be given to league champions. Divisions will consist of registered teams.
Games will consist of two 20-minute halves with a running clock .Games will be officiated by official referees.

Adult Dodge ball League is a dodge ball programfor adults Teams will play 6 pool play tournaments. Divisions will consist of registered teams. Teams will play two matches. Teams will seed by record and will play in the Tournament of Champions. Team awards will be given to league champions.

Adult 7on7 Football League is a football program for adults. Teams will play 6 pool play tournaments. Divisions will consist of registered. Teams will play two games. All teams will seed by record and will play in the tournament of Champions. Team awards will be given to league champions.

Adult Softball League is a softball  program for adults. League play consists of 6 weeks. Divisions will consist of registered teams.  Team awards will be given to league champions.

Adult Volleyball League is a volleyball  program for adults. League play consists of 8 weeks. Teams will play two matches. Teams will seed by record and will play in the Tournament of Champions. Team awards will be given to league champions.
